     本机床可用来磨削各种精密螺纹,如圆柱及圆锥形螺纹的塞规及环规，精密丝杆及蜗杆、丝锥,小模数滚刀及螺纹铣刀的铲磨,适用于机械制造厂的工具车间及量具制造厂.
     机床需在防震、恒温及清洁的条件下工作。
     特点：

1.头架采用单独直流电机驱动,可实现无级变速,变速比达R=150。
2.本机床采用高精度级丝杠--螺母付、保证工件达到高精度螺距。
3.本机床具有螺距校正装置，可提高工件的螺距精度。
4.砂轮主轴支承在高精度马更生轴承中，保持有高速度回转精度。
5.本机床具有万能螺纹修整器，可修整一般螺纹齿形，结构简单，使用方便。
   Y7520W Universal Thread Grinding Machine is generally employed in tool rooms for thread grinding.The machine is suitable for the grinding of thread plug gauges,thread ring gauges, precision worms, leadscrews,crushing rollers ang circular chasers and it is also capable of relief grinding raps,thrad milling cutters and small pitch hobs.
   The main features of the grinding machine are as follows
   Spoeification
1.The workpiece is driven at a steplessly bariablr speed by a D.C.motor.
2.The wheelspindle runs in a precision Mackenson bearing.
3.The machine is equipped with a precision pitch correction bar to maintain the pitch accuracy of thread ground.
4.The bed, wheelhead,etc.are made of rigid castings with a high stiffness.
5.The machine can be peovided either with an automatic or a manual wheel dresser.
